The general terms of sale detailed below (indicated hereafter “General terms”), govern the contractual relations between any user of the www.homestickhome.com site (hereafter designated a “User” or “You”) and the commercial sign INTERACTIVE HomeStickHome of the company DESIGN limited liability company. with the capital of 7500 EUROS, whose seat is located at 15 rue La Condamine - 75017 Paris and registered with and the company trade register of Paris under N° 499.154.722.

HomeStickHome is a registered trademark with the INPI under N° -063465715.

INTERACTIVE DESIGN holds the exploitation of the HomeStickHome mark.

These general terms of sale are the only applicable ones and replace all other conditions, except preliminary, express and written exemption. Interactif Design can punctually be caused to modify some of the provisions of its general terms, as it is necessary as those are read again before each visit of the www.homestickhome.com site. These modifications are opposable as from their settings on line and cannot apply to the contracts concluded before. Each purchase on the www.homestickhome.com Site is governed by the general terms applicable to the date of the order. We consider that by validating your order, you accept without reserve our general terms of sale after having read them.

While reaching the www.homestickhome.com Site, you commit yourselves observing the General terms as well as the Conditions of use appearing there.

2 - PRODUCTS

2.1: Conformity

The offered products with the sale by the HomeStickHome mark and marketed by the company Interactif Design are in conformity with the applicable standards in France.
The elements such as in particular photographs, texts, graphics like all information and characteristics illustrating and/or accompanying the products are not contractual.
The consumer is only judge of the compatibility of the products ordered with the materials right now in his possession.
Interactif Design could not be held for person in charge of a bad support of installation.
Thus our stickers must be posed on a support clean, smooth, nonfatty, nonwet.

2.2: Availability

You will note that your order is manufactured with your request with matters of various colors in stock in our workshops.

On the assumption that one of the colors ordered would not be available in our stocks, we commit ourselves contacting you by email within 5 day as from the date of your order in order to inform you and to indicate to you within which times, this product could, if necessary, be to you delivered.

2.3: Price

The selling prices indicated on the www.homestickhome.com Site are in euros and all inclusive of tax but except expenses of delivery. The possible expenses of delivery are indicated to the User progressively his choices of products and are to him invoicees at the end of the order in supplement of the price of the selected products.

4 - MODE OF DELIVERY

This choice of delivery enables you to receive your parcel under 48h* thanks to the Post office and with followed the Colissimo service. Your place order will be treated within 3 week and will be dispatched by the post office.

Interactif Design puts all works about it to respect the delivery periods mentioned on the www.homestickhome.com Site. Nevertheless we could not be held responsible for the consequences due to a delay of delivery or a loss of parcels caused by a third or your fact or because of an unforeseeable and insurmountable cause constitutive of a case of major force.

In the event of nonreception of a parcel within the times indicated, a survey is carried out near the conveyor and can take several days (ex: 21 days at the Post office). During this period, no refunding or reference could be carried out.

With reception of your order, we recommend to you to check the conformity of the products delivered with your order and to indicate, if necessary, on the delivery order and in the form of handwritten reserves accompanied by your signature, any anomaly with regard to them.

The return of the products could be accepted only for the products in their country of origin, namely in particular with their packing, accessories, and notes of use. The expenses of sending are the responsibility of the User.

In the event of proven nonconformity, Interactif Design will carry out the replacement of the product. We inform you that a delay of delivery of 72 H is possible as for the delivery of your order. Indeed, for safety reasons, all the orders regulated by bank card are the subject of checking by Interactif Design.

Additional details could be to you required, even required to validate your purchase. Consequently, and with an aim of avoiding any delay, thank you of seizing at the time of your order:

5 - REMISSIONS OF TAX

7 - RIGHT OF RETRACTION. SATISFIED OR REFUNDS

For the purchase of a product on the www.homestickhome.com Site, you profit 7 clear days envisaged by the article L 121-20 of the Code of Consumption, to turn over us a product which does not satisfy you. The times mentioned above run as from the day of the reception of the order. This right of retractation is exerted without penalty, except for the carriage costs. In the event of expertise on the product within the framework of the right of retractation, Interactif Design will do the utmost to refund the User as soon as possible.

9 - COMMENTS, CRITICISMS, COMMUNICATION

If the amount of the order is upper to the sum of electronic gift, the complement must be adjusted with the method of payment of your choice. If the amount of electronic gift is upper all in all of the order, no credit note will be delivered in return. The electronic gift is useful only once and cannot be exchanged for its monetary value or be partially paid off or in its totality. The electronic gift is nominative.

The drawings, graphics as well as the collection of vinyls is the exclusive property of the company Interactif Design.
No reproduction is authorized without the prior agreement of Interactive Design.
